About the Role
We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our Education and Training Administration team in our Mildura Community College. You will be the first point of contact for enquiries and play a key role in enrolments, record management and community engagement. Reporting to the State Training Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Provide friendly, professional customer service to all visitors, students and enquiries
- Manage student enrolments, including Pre‑Training Reviews, LLN testing and student file management
- Enter and maintain accurate enrolment and AVETMISS data
- Promote training courses and assist with course information sessions
- Manage college administration inboxes and respond to phone and email enquiries
- Support community groups, including maintaining records, communications and event coordination
- Coordinate room and resource bookings for training and community use
- Undertake general administration duties including filing, records management and financial processing
- Support compliance, reporting and audit requirements as needed
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Previous RTO experience and/or knowledge of VET systems and government funding is highly regarded
- Intermediate digital skills with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Working with Children's and Police Check Clearance required upon commencement
