About the role
MADEC is a Nationally Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and we are proud to deliver accredited training to hundreds of students annually in high priority industry areas. Our goals for training are simple - teach people skills to get the job they want and give employers the workforce they need.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced School Based Education Support Trainer and Assessor to join our dynamic team.
Our Certificate III and Diploma courses are some of our most popular and reputable qualifications, with our trainers responsible for delivering quality training and competency based assessments to willing students from diverse backgrounds and capabilities.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have at least 3 years practical industry experience, hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110 with TAELLN411 & TAEASS502, or TAE40122) and hold a minimum Certificate III in School Based Education Support or demonstrated equivalence and adequate digital literacy skills.
*PLEASE NOTE* We also welcome applications from candidates who are currently working towards their TAE qualification or nearing completion.
You will possess strong communication and excellent time management skills and have a strong focus on customer service and conduct yourself with a high level of professionalism.
You will require a current Working with Children check and National Police check.
