MADEC Australia is a successful community owned not-for-profit and charitable organisation with a proud 50+ year history of providing relief to people experiencing poverty and/or distress. Employing around 180 staff across the country and with a turnover circa up to $200m, MADEC delivers employment services, education and training, a pacific labour mobility scheme and indigenous programs. Our training services are delivered to students in Victoria, with a key focus on building skills to compliment career and employment ambitions.
About the Role
We are seeking expressions of interests from experienced and qualified Trainers & Assessors to deliver the following national accredited training courses:
- Early Childhood Education (Certificate III)
- Individual Support (Certificate III)
- Aged Care/Disability (Certificate IV)
- Business (Certificate III and IV)
- Hospitality (Certificate III)
- White Card

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 3+ years practical work experience in the field.
- Relevant qualification for course delivery plus a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
- Strong communication and time management skills, with a customer-focused approach and high level of professionalism.
- Relevant checks: National Police Check, Working with Children Check, Full NDIS Check, Vaccines
