About the Role:
Together with new executive leadership, we are planning for our next chapter of growth and as the Recruitment Partner you will play a critical role in shaping our future!
You’ll be the go-to expert for sourcing top talent, building talent pipelines, and delivering a seamless candidate experience that reflects our values, purpose and culture. Further, you will:
Partner with hiring managers to deliver timely, high-quality recruitment outcomes
Drive innovative sourcing strategies across SEEK, LinkedIn, our HRIS & more
Lead onboarding and induction processes with HRIS support
Coach managers on interview techniques and running recruitment workshops
Support retention strategies through exit interviews and data insights
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and diversity reporting
Desired Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will be an experienced HR professional with a strong background in end-to-end recruitment (minimum 5 years), ideally within multi-site or service-based environments in a people-intensive industry. You will bring a strategic mindset, resilience, and commercial acumen to the role, along with a genuine passion for people and process improvement.
Other qualities sought include exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, high levels of integrity, and the ability to thrive in collaborative and dynamic environments. A solid understanding of compliance frameworks, risk management, and labour market trends will be essential.
Applications are encouraged from candidates with tertiary qualifications in HR, experience in strategic recruitment and HR advisory roles who can balance operational delivery with a commercial and compliance-focused approach, and who are able to travel to Mildura head office or site locations as required.
