About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Area Manager to lead and inspire a passionate team across the Grampians region, with a base in Horsham and regular travel required.
This is your opportunity to take ownership of service delivery, team performance, and regional success. You'll lead from the front—implementing strategies that drive performance, building meaningful community partnerships, and empowering clients to secure sustainable employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team to meet and exceed KPIs.
- Provide clear, actionable feedback and performance guidance.
- Build relationships with local employers, community organisations, and clients.
- Implement process improvements that increase operational efficiency.
- Maintain a strong presence across the region, including regular site visits.
- Support team members through coaching, mentoring, and professional development.
