About the role
Step into a pivotal role as a Human Resources Advisor within our corporate HR team, where you will perform as a trusted HR generalist across the complete employee lifecycle. You can work remotely, or from our Mildura headquarters if you are considering relocating. This is your opportunity to influence strategic talent acquisition outcomes, drive operational excellence, and play a key role in shaping a high-performing, people-first culture across a dynamic, purpose-driven organisation:
- Partner with a dedicated client group of managers on all people matters, providing professional and business focused HR support;
- Contribute and deliver an outstanding end to end recruitment function;
- Advise and support leaders in a range of HR practices;
- Under the guidance of the HR Manager, manage and resolve employment relations issues;
- Participate in HR reporting and analytics; and
- Take a lead role in HR improvement projects (ie: culture and wellbeing initiatives, policy and procedure reviews, engagement activities)
About you
You are an experienced HR professional with a passion for people, culture and process improvements. You bring:
- A degree in Human Resources
- At least 5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Strong stakeholder management skills;
- Experience in change management and process improvement;
- Intermediate MS Office and previous HRIS system experience;
- A solid understanding of contemporary workplace relations; and
- Influencing and coaching capabilities.
Ultimately, the breadth of this role can be determined by the candidates’ strengths and previous experience. What is certain is that you will need to be agile; able to multi-task; and be solutions focused in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
A National Police check is a requirement of this role.
