
MADEC Australia’s Employment Services activities are focused on supporting those experiencing disadvantage in locations across NSW and Vic. Individuals that access the program receive support to reduce social, physical and other barriers that impact a person’s ability to attain and maintain employment, by identifying strengths and building skills that improve life outcomes.
We’re on the quest for a passionate Post Placement Support Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong admin skills and analytical abilities who also enjoys building relationships and solving problems. You'll be helping people stay in work, supporting employers, and playing a key role in the achievement of employment outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Liaise with employers to support successful job placements
- Provide support to job seekers in employment through regular check-ins, assisting to resolve any challenges they face
- Manage employment outcomes and wage subsidies
- Keep records accurate and compliant with Workforce Australia guidelines
- Work closely with Job Coaches and internal teams to drive success
What You’ll Need:
- Proven admin experience—ideally in a busy, service-driven environment such as Retail or a Customer Call Centre
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- A positive, proactive mindset with great attention to detail
- Confidence using databases, CRM tools or similar systems
- Drivers Licence and willingness to obtain a National Police Check and Working With Children's Check if successful
