Job Description

About the Job: 

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our Education and Training Administration team based in our Mildura office. Reporting to the State Training Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling phone, email, and public enquiries
  • General administration tasks
  • Coordinating training projects
  • Administering enrolment paperwork and data entry
  • Maintaining records in the Student Management System
  • Providing high-quality administration with excellent communication skills
  • Supporting the delivery of funded courses and meeting contractual obligations
  • Assisting students and staff as needed

Desired Skills and Experience

About You: To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following:

  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Previous RTO experience and/or knowledge of VET systems and government funding is highly regarded
  • Intermediate digital skills with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Working with Children's and Police Check Clearance required upon commencement
