The delivery of our training services is via online learning, face to face training and practical placements with Host employers.

About the Role
Are you passionate about working with learners to achieve their vocational and employment goals?
We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Trainer and Assessor to deliver our Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care/Disability) and Certificate IV in Aged Care/Disability to students in the Sunraysia region.
Our Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged/Disability) and Certificate IV in Aged Care/Disability are some of our most popular and highly reputable qualifications, with our trainers responsible for delivering quality training and competency based assessments to willing students from diverse backgrounds and capabilities.
About You
To be successful in this role, you must have 5+ years practical work experience in the field and hold a minimum Certificate IV in a relevant qualification (this may include being a registered nurse or other allied health professional). A Certificate IV (or higher) in Ageing/Disability, Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing/Disability), TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent is required.
You will possess strong communication and excellent time management skills and have a strong focus on customer service and conduct yourself with a high level of professionalism.
A National Police Check, Working with Children Check, full NDIS Check and required vaccinations are a requirement of this role.
