Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving high performance and making a real impact in the lives of others? We are seeking an exceptional Employment Services Area Manager to join our team in Albury. This is a challenging yet highly rewarding opportunity for someone with a proven track record in leading teams to success in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will oversee the delivery of employment services across the Kiewa area, ensuring that we meet and exceed targets while supporting individuals in their journey to employment. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of dedicated professionals, driving performance, and fostering a culture of excellence.

To succeed, you must be an inspiring leader, preferably, with a deep understanding of the employment services sector, someone who can think strategically and execute effectively. Your leadership will empower your team to consistently achieve outstanding results, while your ability to manage competing priorities will ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

This role is about more than just meeting targets; it's about making a lasting difference in the lives of those we serve. We’re looking for a leader who is not only driven by results but also motivated by purpose. If you're ready to take on this exciting challenge and lead a high-performing team to success, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to consistently achieve and exceed key performance indicators.
  • Drive the strategic direction of employment services in the Kiewa area, aligning operational goals with broader organisational objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative, results-oriented culture, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the optimal delivery of services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including local businesses, government agencies, and community groups.

Desired Skills and Experience

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a focus on driving high performance and achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of the employment services sector and its challenges.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • A passion for making a positive impact on individuals' lives and the local community.

If you're ready to take your leadership career to the next level in a role that is as rewarding as it is challenging, apply now and be part of something truly impactful.
