Individuals that access the program receive support to reduce social, physical and other barriers that impact a person’s ability to attain and maintain employment, by identifying strengths and building skills that improve life outcomes.

Job Description

Are you passionate about helping others succeed? MADEC Australia is seeking a dedicated, full-time Job Coach to join our team in Mildura, Victoria. This community services-based role offers you the opportunity to collaborate with local services, agencies, and organisations all committed to making a difference in the lives of individuals facing disadvantage. As a Job Coach, you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming lives by guiding individuals toward meaningful employment and contributing to the success of the broader community.

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage with individuals to define job goals and overcome barriers to employment
  • Assist with job search strategies, application preparation, and interview techniques
  • Explore career pathways and support seamless transitions into the workforce
  • Build strong partnerships with employers to match talent with opportunities
  • Provide ongoing support during the early stages of employment

Desired Skills and Experience

What We’re Looking For:
No prior experience in employment services? No problem! We value your enthusiasm, positive energy, and desire to make a real difference. You will need strong administrative and time management skills, and a valid working with children and national police check.
