Job Description

MADEC's Indigenous Wellbeing Support Program (IWS) is to assist our Indigenous participants who may be experiencing difficulties with drug and alcohol abuse, criminal justice system or domestic and family violence by linking them with services.

About the Role

This role will assist our Indigenous participants who may be experiencing difficulties with drug and alcohol abuse, criminal justice system or domestic and family violence. You will play a key part in providing case management services and linking our participants to essential networks and service agencies, helping them overcome barriers and achieve their goals. Constructive relationships with other service providers are essential to promote our IWS service and keeping participants engaged to achieve a positive outcome.

About You?

Are you passionate about working with Indigenous people and driving impactful change? We’re looking for a dynamic individual with a proven track record in community engagement to join our team. Excellent administration skills are needed to maintain the program and deliver reporting requirements. Above all else, you are dedicated to making a difference in the Indigenous community and achieve positive outcomes with your participants.

A National Police Check, Working with Children check and Driving Licence are required on commencement in the role.
