If you live in or around Warracknabeal and are tired of travelling long distances for work, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

At MADEC, we're looking for a passionate Job Coach to help local people overcome barriers, build confidence and find meaningful employment - all while working close to home.

Why you'll love this role

This isn't just another office job.

Every day you'll work alongside people who simply need someone to believe in them, encourage and connect them with the right opportunities. You'll celebrate the wins, support people through challenges, and genuinely change lives within your own community.

Best of all? You'll be making a difference without spending your day behind the wheel.

What you'll be doing

As a Job Coach, you'll:

  • Build genuine relationships with participants and support them on their journey to employment.
  • Help people identify their strengths, develop job-ready skills and achieve their goals.
  • Connect participants with local employers and employment opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with training providers and support services.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and encouragement to help people succeed in sustainable employment.
  • Maintain participant records and meet performance outcomes in a supportive team environment.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Loves working with people from all walks of life.
  • Is positive, resilient and enjoys solving problems.
  • Can motivate and coach others towards success.
  • Builds strong relationships with participants, employers and the local community.
  • Is organised and confident using Microsoft Office.
  • Holds a current Driver's Licence.

Experience in employment services, recruitment, community services, disability, training, customer service, sales, case management or coaching will be highly regarded - but if you're passionate about helping people succeed, we'd love to hear from you.
